Hello, I’m Keith.
Reach people where they are. When it matters. With what they need. This objective is easy to talk about but harder to execute. That is where marketing, guided by expert strategy, comes in.
I do not have to tell you that cutting through the noise is harder today than ever before. What moves people? What inspires them to action? Regardless of channel, it comes down to communications with three core traits:
- Precision is the ability to say exactly what you mean to say. Precise communicators are clear about what is most important.
- π³πππππΏππ ππΎππ ensures our marketing and communications work for good and not for evil. Sometimes facing the truth can be hard, but if we can bravely confront “what is,” we are well on the way to communications that mean something.
- The capacity to build value is where it comes together. Is what we are saying adding to the recipient’s journey, whatever that means for your business or organization?
With all three elements, your words can change minds, inspire insights, and more. In my work, I set these traits as goals to reach each day. That effort takes many forms: writing an article, crafting a social media message that resonates, or reimagining how users experience a website.
As a marketer, I combine creative and technical expertise to get the message across. I bring together the best of both content marketing and data analytics. Moreover, I am an expert in project management. In all my roles, I have led the way toward setting processes that keep everyone working toward the same goal.
That is the vision and mission for how I do my work in marketing and communications. The next step is the tactics. As a lifelong and constant learner, I have gathered diverse experiences and expertise across my career. Some of the tools I have deployed are writing and copywriting, email marketing, social media marketing, social ads, search engine optimization (SEO), CRM administration, video editing, project management, and web design (including knowledge of HTML). I have experience with Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, all the Adobe Creative Cloud software, Power Automate, many project management tools (such as Monday.com and ClickUp), and Power BI.
Whether in the software, transportation, nonprofit, or higher education sectors, my goal is to reach audiences and move them to action.
