Hello, I’m Keith.
I am a Marketing and Communications Manager located in South Bend, IN. I have lived here since 2013 and enjoy raising a family in this great community.
A writer at heart, I enjoy the challenge of producing high-quality content that communicates concisely and persuasively with potential customers. After learning to write well by earning a Master’s level degree, the business world drew me in. Here I learned to develop content that generates interest and leads.
Today I continue my marketing journey. While I work full-time, I am also open to the right side projects. Let me know if you’re interested.
I have experience designing and updating websites with several CMS systems, developing social media and online content strategies, and producing videos for corporate marketing and entertainment purposes.
Working in Salesforce Pardot and Hubspot, I have developed extensive B2B marketing strategies. Using multiple, data-driven touchpoints and engagement programs, I increase interest in products and generate hot leads. I also help manage CRM installations, primarily in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
My passion is for engaging with an audience through creative, fun content that both causes a laugh and a share.
